Sole Proprietor
$260 - defined as businesses run by a single individual doing business under a chosen business name rather than the name of said individual

Banks and Financial Institutions
$675 base investment, plus annual assessment per million in local deposits:
$1M - $200M -- $13.75 per million
$201M - $300M -- $8 per million
$301M+ -- $5 per million
