  • Dolloff Team in New Hampshire with eXp Realty reaches $80,000 In Commissions Returned to Hero Clients

Not long after the tragic events of 9/11 the national Homes for Heroes Program was created to give back to Heroes who serve our communities and country. Bill and Connie Dolloff with eXp Realty chose to become Homes for Heroes Realtor Affiliates in the Fall of 2016. They recently surpassed $80,000 in Hero Rewards they've given back, directly from their commission to their local Hero clients. These New Hampshire Heroes chose to buy or sell a home through Bill and Connie and the Homes for Heroes Program and saved thousands of dollars.

The Homes for Heroes Program rewards teachers, firefighters, first responders, healthcare workers, law enforcement officers, veterans and active duty military when they buy or sell a home. "This program is a representation of the character of our business," said Bill Dolloff. He went on to say, "Real estate, ironic as it sounds, is 90% about people, and 10% about houses. Our trust is important and the relationships we build are perpetual."

Bill retired from the Marines in 1999. Connie worked in hospital administration before beginning her real estate career 20 years ago. "Bill and I recognize the incredible work and sacrifice of so many. When we learned about the Homes for Heroes Program we knew right away we had to get involved. Each of our Hero clients has served our local communities and country. Giving back part of our commission is our way of saying Thank You!" Since its inception the program has given back over $50 million dollars to nearly 31,000 Heroes across the country. In addition to giving back part of their commission, The Dolloff Team also donates 5% of their commission on each transaction to the Homes for Heroes Foundation. This non-profit organization provides monetary grants to Heroes in need across the nation.
