Description
The Portsmouth Police Department is offering a free training on what you should do if confronted with an active shooter event. The course is designed and built on the Avoid, Deny, Defend strategy developed by ALERRT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training) in 2004. It provides strategies, guidance, and a plan for surviving an active shooter event.
The course includes:
