Join us for a captivating artist talk with Mark Johnson, on the First Friday in October, 10/5 (in conjunction with Art 'Round Town) as he speaks about his current exhibition of recent oil paintings, "Unsettled Weather," which engages with the more ethereal side of seascape painting, focusing on weather as it moves in and out of the physical landscape. As both an artist and a professor of studio art at New York University, he will also include a discussion of art in general. Questions and comments will be very welcomed. Mark Johnson's art talk is from 6:00-7:00 pm at The Art Gallery at LaBelle Winery - Portsmouth (104 Congress St.) where his solo exhibit "Unsettled Weather" is on view. Although there is no charge for the art talk, we ask that you register below so we can better prepare for your arrival.
