Description
In honor of Memorial Day, the City of Portsmouth will be hosting a ceremony at the South Street Cemetery on Monday, May 26 at 1 p.m. Ceremony should last approximately 35-45 minutes. Music provided by the Portsmouth High School Band Ensemble. No parade.
