Join Seacoast Mental Health Center for Breakfast and a Panel Discussion

Mental health and well being are a community effort. Our experts will discuss how we collaborate with other providers to assist individuals and families reach their recovery goals.

SMHC will also present the Erik Cogswell Memorial Award to an individual for his/her outstanding contributions to help improve the lives of people with bipolar disorder and other mental illnesses.
