Explore your inner world under the stars with this special Moonrise Paddle and SUP Yoga experience!

Space is limited to 12 participants

We will begin just after sunset for a short paddle to watch the moonrise from the water. Once anchored, you will be guided through some gentle stretching to prepare your body for a laying down Yoga Nidra meditation in the light of the full moon.

All equipment provided. Pre-registration required! All participants must know how to swim. No prior SUP Yoga experience necessary!
