Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is hosting a FREE virtual community lecture titled Joint Replacement – What’s New, What’s Happening on Thursday, May 21 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The event will be held virtually through the Zoom platform.
Part of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital’s Monthly Hip and Knee Replacement Community Education Series, attendees will learn more about recent clinical advances to help manage arthritis of the knee. Surgical and nonsurgical treatments will be discussed including custom components.
This virtual Zoom event will feature a presentation by orthopedic surgeon David Thut, MD, of the Wentworth Health Partners Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Dr. Thut will be joined by joint-specialized physical therapist, Katrina Lampros, MPT, OMT, of Wentworth-Douglass Rehabilitation Services. Participants will learn how Wentworth-Douglass Hospital’s expert team can help people get back to doing what they love.
