Kid's Yoga and Meditation Classes

Description

Join Sulane of White Birch Yoga beginning 1/5/20. We are so excited to invite the next generation of Shaktis and Shivas to our youth meditation and yoga classes. We will gently explore the foundations and principles that guide the practices, we will learn mantras (songs), mudras (sign language), and Prana movement (breath) for calming down. We will play with singing bowls, chimes and other expressions of music. Most of all we will learn how to control our thoughts and skills to help us rethink a situation before we act out or get our feelings hurt. Classes follow Spirit Sunday 9:30-10:45, kids are welcomed to bring a coloring book or other quiet activity to engage in while their parents attend the class.
