Join us at the Summer Wellness Series on the LANEY & LU Portsmouth patio! We are bringing together 8 of our community’s best and most sought after studio and business owners.

From barre to yoga, cardio dance to kickboxing, each of these amazing teachers will bring their own flavor, passion, and personality to our patio at LANEY & LU in Portsmouth.

Each class is approximately 1 hour and only $10, and ALL profits will be donated to GatherNH. Your contribution will help fund programs that build food security in welcoming and dignified ways.

Join Stephanie bright & early and start your Tuesday right! This hour-long vinyasa practice is for everyone, whether you have never practiced yoga before or do vinyasas in your sleep. Come with an open heart and an open mind (and maybe a cup of LANEY & LU coffee!) and start your day with a practice to center your body and mind
