Develop your strategy for working smarter in 2020 and beyond. “Leadership 2020: Work Smarter” will address the challenge of a future filled with evolution and the demand for innovation – and the pressure to do more with fewer resources. To succeed, organizations will need to work smarter in an increasingly globalized and automated world. The conference kicks off with a dynamic keynote address by Dr. Mark Huddleston, UNH President 2007-2018. Industry experts Amy Cann, Gerri King, Peter Hughes, Jermaine Moore, and Dagmar Vlahos will examine key personnel topics including hiring in today's market, generational dynamics, diversity and inclusion, as well as key process areas in strategic planning, customer service, and Lean thinking.
