Carol White, co-Director of the Fort Stark historic site, will share her stories of German submarines in Portsmouth waters during World War II. Her talk, “Did German Submarines Enter Portsmouth Harbor During World War II?,” will focus on a German mini-sub as well as a full-sized German sub that may have been responsible for the detonation of mines in the harbor.
