Description
Do you struggle with anxiety about public speaking? Have you ever experienced stage fright or communication apprehension?
Let Your Light Shine! is designed to help participants who struggle with anxiety, as well as those looking to improve their ability to connect with their audience in a more authentic and powerful way.
This training uses techniques drawn from professional theatre to help participants better craft their message, manage anxiety and speak with confidence, passion, and authenticity.
Instructor: Genevieve Aichele is a theater artist and founding artistic director of the NH Theatre Project based in Portsmouth. She has performed, directed, and taught performing arts and public speaking for more than 40 years.
