Portsmouth Music & Arts Center's New Horizons Band will be performing in the gym at Community Campus on Wednesday, July 9 at 6 p.m. Concert is free and open to everyone. Community Campus is ADA accessible, offers free & ample parking and has chairs available for seating. Playground open out back for the kiddos to play.
