6x-Blues Music Award Nominated Guitarist, Singer & Songwriter J.P. SOARS was Nominated for three 2022 Blues Music Awards, including "Blues Guitar Player of the Year; Band of the Year (J.P. Soars & The Redhots); and B.B. King Entertainer of the Year - the highly coveted & prestigious Blues Music Award given every year to the most outstanding live performer. Soars prides himself with having one of the tightest bands on the scene, with THE RED HOTS, including Drummer CHRIS PEET and Bassist CLEVELAND FREDRICK.
The powerhouse trio deliver outstanding live performance, having extensively toured through Europe and the United States. At 2009 International Blues Challenge, Soars won the Albert King Best Guitarist Award. "He has a tight guitar tone and a very 1970s blues rock style.
