Description
POW Chair of Honor Dedication Rolling Thunder NH Chapter 1, will be installing a POW Chair of Honor in the City of Portsmouth, on Sept. 18 at 7 p.m (1900 hrs) at the Portsmouth Municipal Center. The dedication will be done during the City Council Meeting, in the City Council chambers.
