Join NH SBA Acting Director Rachael Roderick, Attorney Talesha Saint-Marc from Bernstein Shur, and CPA Kevin Kennedy from Maloney & Kennedy, for a question and answer session about key elements of the recently passed COVID 19 Families First Act and Cares Act federal stimulus legislation. Mandatory paid time off, tax credits available to employers and details of economic stimulus programs like the Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster loan advances and more will be discussed.
