Head to 738 Islington Street, Portsmouth, to the new home of LoveWell Veterinary Services, on Thursday, Feb. 8 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. for a 4 p.m. ribbon cutting with the Chamber and an open house to follow.
There will be passed appetizers, drinks, a raffle and tours of the hospital.
