Description
There are two certainties in life: Death and Taxes. While we cannot address death, we can help you understand the basics of business tax law. This is a must presentation that every individual starting or running their business needs to attend!: Federal Taxes and Your Obligations to the IRS; Are You in Business; Type of Business Entity, including Passthrough Entities; Taxable income; Self employment taxes; Estimated Tax Payments; Tax deductions, is it "Ordinary and Necessary" to run your business, what can you deduct; including capital expenditures and the planning and tax benefits that come into play with bonus and section 179 depreciation on your equipment and mileage for your vehicle; business retirement plans and more.
