Sunday mornings we will begin with readings from wisdom-based texts to discover, reflect and connect with the divinity within us and others. A reflection will follow before we begin the physical asana practice theme centered on the readings. Whether you?re awakening, returning, dismantling or curious, surround this journey with like minded spirits. All welcome regardless of experience, beliefs or conditioning.
