At its restaurants, the culinary teams will serve up its signature artisan Italian menu in addition to a traditional Turkey Day special. At its markets, Tuscan Brands will offer catering for your at-home gathering. Complementing its a la carte menu of Italian creations laced in comfort, the traditional Turkey Dinner is a plate of roasted turkey, porcini mushroom-ciabatta stuffing, mascarpone whipped potatoes, heirloom cranberry with marsala compote and sage gravy ($28 per adult; $15 for children). Those with a sweet tooth can dig into the Thanksgiving dessert feature, housemade pumpkin gelato finished with a gingersnap biscotti.
