Let's welcome The Nice to the Portsmouth Scene. A mid-century modern cocktail bar, where you can catch a glimpse of cocktail culture's golden era. The 50's and 60's were a time to embrace offbeat thought and entertainment. It was a time of social awakening, the age of advertising, and the rise of a counterculture movement. The Nice is reviving that excitement!
