PORTSMOUTH – Oil paintings by New Hampshire Art Association artist John LeCours will be on exhibit titled, “Twilight Zone: Portsmouth Harbour and Beyond,” for the month of July at the Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery. NHAA is celebrating its 80th year as the oldest art association in the state, and one of the oldest in the country.
