Description
"Leading High Performing Teams"; the second of three two-day sessions in UNH Paul College's Leadership Certificate Program, which delivers concepts through a problem-solving framework of self-assessment, instruction, coaching, and practice. Participation in all six days is required for certification. Other sessions include: Managing Yourself and Leading Others (September 13-14, 2018) and Leading Your Organization (October 25-26, 2018).
