Lead Like a Woman is a new two-day leadership retreat designed for women, by women, to capitalize on innate female leadership strengths ideally suited for complex 21st Century work environments. It incorporates a research-based, field-tested approach to complement the existing male-defined model for leading in lean, agile, collaborative organizations. The program focuses on the “self” as the primary instrument of leadership effectiveness and applies a predominately-female lens for how problems are defined, how issues are resolved, and what we do well to engage others and think strategically.
