    Nahcotta is looking for a Product Assistant to support our Product Lead by receiving, maintaining, and monitoring the inventory of a busy art gallery and retail boutique. This is a permanent year round position. Currently part-time at 20-30 hrs per week but with the option to move to full time in the future. Full time employees are eligible for pto, sick leave, 401k, and health benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Writing purchase orders
    • Processing deliveries, including unpacking, counting, tagging, and storing. 
    • Maintaining and updating our product database
    • Monitoring inventory levels, including tracking, organizing, and restocking items as needed.
    • Accurately pricing products
    • Managing and reporting damaged goods
    • Assisting Product lead with merchandising displays to maintain a visually appealing and cohesive gallery space.
    • Some reordering of products to ensure stock levels are maintained.
    • Writing Product Updates for the sales team on new product information
