Responsibilities
• As a Bakery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery, retail, and takeout operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff to maintain a high level of productivity and customer service
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure that all team members are working together cohesively
• Inventory Management: Oversee bakery inventory, including ingredient purchases and stock levels
• Ensure products are well-stocked and that inventory is managed efficiently

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all baked goods meet our quality standards
• Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and update bakery menus, including seasonal and specialty items

• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff in proper customer interaction and resolving customer concerns or complaints promptly
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline bakery and takeout operations to handle high-volume business effectively
• Implement processes and procedures to maximize efficiency
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage bakery budgets, including cost control and pricing strategies
• Work to achieve sales and profit targets
• Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean bakery environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
