    Audio Visual Technician

    In this position, you will be asked to set up audio, video, and lighting equipment as well as run events as a audio or video technician. In addition, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and in/out processing of all technical equipment. This position is integral to the technical side of Malloy Events, and you will successfully organize and prepare our team for our constantly evolving and increasing event schedule. You should be prepared to plan and prioritize your work weeks based on our event schedule, and self sufficiency is a major plus.  
     

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the technical qualifications section.

    • Audio set up and mixing: analog and digital mixer.

    • Video: setting up TVs, projectors, video mixers.

    • Computers and Presentations: Powerpoint, ProPresenter, Keynote.

    • Lighting: LED uplighting, familiar with basic LED systems.
