    FT Salaried Position
    Location: Remote, must be Seacoast NH based
     
    About The KEY Collective:
    Founded in 2017, The KEY Collective is a 501(c)3 organization that provides economically disadvantaged K-12 students on the NH Seacoast access to out-of-school programming that they might not typically have access to due to financial constraints. During the 2023-2024 school year, 393 kids benefitted from the #areuin? card- KEY Collective’s flagship program- providing access to sports and other youth activities for free or at a reduced cost with no red tape and no social stigma attached. 
     
    About the Seacoast Community Manager Role:
    The Seacoast Community Manager will work under the direction of the Executive Director. The role is remote, but applicants must live in proximity to the NH Seacoast as visits to partner organizations and attendance at events/meetings is required.
     
    KEY Role Responsibilities:
    1. Manage & Maintain Donor Database (Little Green Light)

    a. Create & maintain templates for generated emails & letters
    b. Create new donor records & maintain existing donor records, with all supporting information
    c. Run reports for board & marketing campaigns (work with Marketing & PR Specialist on marketing campaigns)
    d. Spearhead various database projects to increase the data we have on each donor
     
    2. Program Partner Management
    a. Keep in regular contact with existing program partners through reach-outs, stop-ins and surveys.
    b. Conduct annual #areuin? participation survey and pull participation data results for ED & the board.
    c. Identify new potential partners
     
    3. Community Resources – Education & Support
    a. Keep in regular contact with existing community validators and partners through reach-outs, stop-ins and surveys.
    b. Identify new community validators
    c. Identify new community resources for support (financial & otherwise)
     
    4. Grant Research
    a. Identify local, regional and national grant opportunities
     
    5. #areuin? card program
    a. Process #areuin? card applications
    i. Approve or deny based on provided criteria
    ii. Communicate with families and validators
    iii. Create & Mail cards with appropriate information
    iv. Maintain records and database
     
    6. Scholarship program
    a. Work w/the scholarship committee, families and program organizations to process scholarship requests
    b. Maintain records and database
     
    7. Event planning / management
    a. Be involved in all aspects of fundraisers and events. Work with ED to identify and execute various events
     
    8. Attend Quarterly board meetings & assist in the preparation thereof
     
    Experience:
    Bachelor’s Degree & 3 years minimum of nonprofit experience OR 7 years minimum of nonprofit experience

    Salary & Benefits:
    • $45,000-$55,000 based on experience
    • 15 Days PTO & all major holidays
