If you missed our session "What is Self Care - What Does it Mean to 'Fill Your Bucket?'" you can see it here on YouTube!SMHC InSHAPE™ programThe SMHC InSHAPE™ program is an innovative wellness program that supports the overall mental health care plan for qualifying adult clients. InSHAPE™ works by pairing participants with a SMHC personal health mentor who is trained in fitness and nutrition, as well as in how to motivate people with mental-health challenges.Our InSHAPE™ staff set heart healthy wellness goals and plans with their clients that may focus on exercise, nutrition, smoking cessation, medical checkup planning, mindfulness and other supportive health programming. They assist clients with taking ownership of their planning and teach them physical activities that may include exercise routines, walking and hiking, strength training, meditation, tai chi and yoga, to name a few.Care, Clients & FY 2020As we reflect on Fiscal Year 2020, it is hard to not be all consumed with the ongoing COVID19 crisis and the impact it has had on our clients, families, communities and staff. Thankfully, there was more to FY 2020 than a pandemic.See what our clients have said about our amazing staff.
