This is a program of the Business and Industry Association, New Hampshire's Statewide Chamber of Commerce. Special member pricing is available to members of the Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth.
What can you do if employees report a co-worker to HR for suspected heroin use? What if someone comes into the office with a legal prescription for marijuana? Does a person in 12-step programs who relapses have more legal protections than one who isn’t? What resources can employers provide to help workers achieve sobriety? Are you required to make accommodations when they return to your workplace?
