We are beyond grateful to continue to be welcomed with open arms to the business community of Portsmouth.  Joining the chamber made lots possible for SoHo Creative Studio that would not have been if we chose not to join. 

Why did you decide to join the Chamber? 

When we decided to leave our life in New York City behind and moved to Portsmouth, a family member said we should join the local Chamber of Commerce. It's one of the first things we did when we re-launched SoHo Creative Studio in New Hampshire. 

What is a Chamber benefit that you feel is helpful to you and your industry, specifically? 

Getting to meet with business owners and hear how they're succeeding and struggling around communicating their brand promise to customers and employees is a huge benefit. 

If someone told you they were planning to join the Chamber, what advice would you give them about making the most of their membership? 

Show up and meet as many people as you can while listening with the intent to understand and stay curious. 

“Because of my membership in the Chamber We…” 

We were able to connect with potential client and collaborators and would not have been able to do so with the speed and intentionality that a chamber membership offers.
