Cited by New Hampshire Magazine as an ‘editor’s choice,’ the New Hampshire Fall Festival at Strawbery Banke Museum in Portsmouth offers families a day to discover the past. On October 7, 10 am to 5 pm, the museum supplements its 32 historic buildings, 8 heirloom gardens, traditional crafts and costumed role-players with a harvest village including farm animal demonstrations and 20 costumed crafts demonstrators.
