With over 12 years experience in Operations and Human Resources, Alison’s passion is looking at a company’s processes and procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and strategically developing a plan of action to streamline a new process, saving the company time, resources, and money.

Alison specializes in viewing a company’s processes on a granular level and streamlining these functions to connect to the organizations strategic “big picture” goals.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) , where she went on to receive her Masters in Business Administration concentrating in Entrepreneurship.

In her personal time, Alison loves giving back to the community. She volunteers as a Wish Granter with Make-A-Wish of New Hampshire and donates her time to their charitable events. She loves the North Country of Maine, enjoying the great outdoors, hiking and snowmobiling.
