PORTSMOUTH – Leadership Seacoast, a non-profit organization committed to developing informed and engaged citizens, is pleased to announce the admission of 39 members to its Class of 2025.
Leadership Seacoast is a seven-month civic engagement program where participants explore regional issues affecting the cultural, social, health, political, and economic lives of Seacoast residents through the perspectives of experts, on-site visits, readings, discussion groups, problem-solving exercises, and other experiential activities during 10 focused program days.
This year’s cohort includes individuals with a variety of personal and professional experiences, expertise, and connections. The members of the Class of 2025 are employed in a broad array of industries, including corporations, small businesses, nonprofits, and the government.

The Class of 2025 began their journey on Wednesday, December 11, during their Opening Day at the Brown Center in Durham.
Throughout the next seven months, the class will explore topics such as health and human services, education, economic development, criminal justice, the arts, the environment, and state and local government. Additional opportunities are provided for individual and group learning throughout the process.
