Sadly, in a statement released last week by Mamadou “The words used by my attacker leave no doubt that this was a racist act." DOVER—First Seacoast Bank and its employees have come together to support the Step Up Parents organization. Through the First Seacoast Community Foundation, the bank matched the first $1,000 of employee donations, raising a total of $2,700 for the organization. PORTSMOUTH—The City’s 2023 Holiday Tree-Lighting and Illuminated Holiday Parade will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2 (this is a rain, snow, or shine event) starting at 5 p.m. Portsmouth’s tree lighting ceremony takes place on the first Saturday in December each year from 5 to 5:30 p.m., followed by the annual Illuminated Holiday Parade.
