39th Annual Lassonde: River Run — A Multi-Artist, Multi-Media Exhibition
PORTSMOUTH– The Omer T. Lassonde Exhibition, named in honor of the distinguished N.H. painter and founding member of NHAA, remains one of NHAA’s most prestigious annual events. This year’s juried selection features an array of compelling works that celebrate the movement, depth, and resilience of rivers, offering viewers a profound visual and conceptual experience. This exhibition is supported by the Omer T. Lassonde Trust through the NH Charitable Foundation.
Rivers are more than waterways; they are the lifeblood of ecosystems, witnesses to human history, and emblems of change. The Piscataqua River, fed by the Cocheco and Salmon Falls, has long influenced the identity of New Hampshire’s coastal region. River Run showcases works that interpret the dynamic interplay between nature, culture, and transformation through various artistic media.
Join us to celebrate the opening of the 39th Annual Omer T. Lassonde Exhibition alongside solo exhibitions by Linda Behar, James Coyer and David Olken on Friday, April 4 from 5 to 8 p.m.
